[PRQ#69591] Deletion Request for python-logicmin

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-logicmin [2]: Broken, unused package from 2019. Upstream is in minimal maintenance mode since that year; officially they only support up to Python 3.6. The code does not work on Python 3.13 due to relying on the defunct python-future.
