[aur-requests] [PRQ#8733] Deletion Request for efitools-git

DTHCND [1] filed a deletion request for efitools-git [2]: efitools has since become a package in Extra. The new package in Extra also appears to track the master branch of the official git repo, as such this package now only serves as a duplicate of it.
