[PRQ#74986] Orphan Request for coreutils-uutils

oech3 [1] filed an orphan request for coreutils-uutils [2]: This builds everything of Extra/uutils-coreutils and replace system binary "without" check() func of PKGBUILD of Extra/uutils-coreutils. It could be improved without lacking any component and we should use check() ed binary if it is used as drop-in for safety. But current owner is extremely negtive to do.
