[PRQ#64129] Orphan Request for tuned-git

SunRed [1] filed an orphan request for tuned-git [2]: As I maintain the non-git tuned package and since this one hasn't been updated in years even though it desperately needs some fixes, I would like to take it over and bring it up to parity with the non-git package.
