[PRQ#46586] Deletion Request for gimx

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for gimx [2]: Unmaintained package from 2016. Also upstream doesn't provide proper tarballs since years (the ones available are missing the needed git submodule contents). Also the last tagged release was in 2020.
