[PRQ#64126] Orphan Request for wstunnel

xiota [1] filed an orphan request for wstunnel [2]: Package fails to build because of linker errors caused by well-known LTO/Rust incompatibility. Package version was recently bumped, but still fails at linker stage. Maintainer was notified of both problem and solution a month ago.
