[PRQ#68460] Orphan Request for flyctl-bin

iamawacko [1] filed an orphan request for flyctl-bin [2]: The package is pretty out of date. I emailed the current maintainer about a week ago, and I got no response. They haven't logged in to the AUR for nearly a year. I've got an updated PKGBUILD, and if this gets orphaned I could take over.
