MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-rosinstall [2]: Repo archived. Readme from 2020 says [a]: " This repository has been archived due to a lack of maintenance and no longer being used in the ROS project." Last tagged release was in 2016. Not used on AUR: only a deprecated metapackage depends on it.
