[aur-requests] [PRQ#11916] Merge Request for lbry-app-bin

kcseb [1] filed a request to merge lbry-app-bin [2] into lbry-app- release [3]: Would like to merge these two together since lbry-app-bin is out of date and they are essentially the same packages.
