[PRQ#45975] Deletion Request for pantheon-stable

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for pantheon-stable [2]: Broken metapackage from 2020. Not needed: repo's 'pantheon' group can serve a similar purpose, to install all Pantheon related packages with one reference used in pacman command line.
