[PRQ#57469] Deletion Request for autoconf-old

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for autoconf-old [2]: Unneeded slightly older duplicate of Arch/core/autoconf. This is not allowed by AUR submission guidelines. Also this was created to fix the build of 1 AUR package, php56, despite commenters there submitting a simple patch to fix php56's bug to make it work with repo's autoconf.
