lots0logs [1] filed a deletion request for numix-icon-theme-square [2]:
This package is not offered by Numix Project for free. Users must purchase a license to have access to the icons. Antergos users are given a free license however it does not extend to all of Arch. Please remove this package from the AUR ASAP. We are currently discussing how we can prevent situations like this in the future. Please contact me by email if you have any questions: dustin@falgout.us
The PKGBUILD does not point to a *download* URL. It explicitly states that the icons *must be purchased* and gives the URL of the Numix project where you can buy them. As far as I can see the PKGBUILD is provided as a convenience for less experienced users that could break their systems trying to roll their own or for lazy users like myself that have better things to do.
At the time of the request, it did download the icons from the Antergos server. Maybe the requester should have simply notified the package maintainer before making a request.
