[PRQ#43549] Deletion Request for buildbot-www-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for buildbot-www-git [2]: Abandoned, broken Python2-based VCS package. Upstream requires Python3. But as this has last been updated in 2018 and is an orphan, there is no point in keeping this defunct package here.
