[PRQ#52904] Deletion Request for sip67

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for sip67 [2]: Nothing needs this anymore. (I vaguely remember that it was created for one specific package, but now nothing on AUR declares this as a version-bound dependency, mor as depends=sip67.) Conflicts with repo's sip.
