[PRQ#42973] Merge Request for gateway

TrialnError [1] filed a request to merge gateway [2] into webthings- gateway [3]: This project moved from mozilla to webthings. Opening the old url[0] redirects to the new one[1]. Therefore we have duplicated PKGBUILDs.
