[PRQ#52603] Deletion Request for nvtop-nosystemd-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for nvtop-nosystemd-git [2]: AUR packages have to be compatible with Arch Linux. This isn't: its dependency libudev-zero-git is not installable due to conflicting with core/systemd-libs. Therefore this package belongs to systemd-less Arch Linux derivative distros.
