[aur-requests] [PRQ#13765] Deletion Request for go-tools-complete-git

SamWhited [1] filed a deletion request for go-tools-complete-git [2]: Now that go-tools-git has been abandoned I've picked it up and will update that to be identical to this package. This one can be deleted as it was only here because the author of go-tools-git was unresponsive and it didn't include all the tools from the repo and had the wrong license.
