[PRQ#50517] Orphan Request for konsole-git

MarsSeed [1] filed an orphan request for konsole-git [2]: Package needs maintainer attention. Current owner is MIA since Feb 2022, and also seems to have stopped his developer activities in his personal repos and in KDE's GitLab as well.
