[PRQ#53455] Orphan Request for acestream-launcher

MarsSeed [1] filed an orphan request for acestream-launcher [2]: Please kindly disown this if it is not possible to continue with current maintainership. Flagged since 2024-01-08, asking to switch from the broken Python2 based optdepend, acestream-engine, to the working Python3 based newer package, acestream-engine-py3.
