[PRQ#59825] Deletion Request for pandoc-static-katex-git

alerque [1] filed a deletion request for pandoc-static-katex-git [2]: This is not Pandoc, much less a static build of Pandoc. It is a python filter *for* pandoc, but doesn't have the right dependencies for that either. I'd suggest a correct name and fixes, but it is orphaned and hasn't been touched in years.
