[PRQ#46254] Orphan Request for nn

pjvm [1] filed an orphan request for nn [2]: Hasn't been compiling since january 2021. 6 months ago I flagged it out of date. A week a go I learned about making a PKGBUILD - I have a working updated one ready (I also e-mailed the current maintainer at that date, no response).
