[aur-requests] [PRQ#35518] Deletion Request for python-pymc3-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-pymc3-git [2]: VCS package broken and unmaintained since 2017, according to comment. (Last update submitted in 2016.) In 2022, PyMC3 was renamed PyMC and released v4.0.0. Therefore a VCS package for the old name and v3 is no longer useful. Safe to delete this package as it never defined a correct provides field, so nothing depends on it. (AUR carries the stable versions of both the legacy python-pymc3 and the new python-pymc packages.)
