[aur-requests] [PRQ#9543] Orphan Request for systemc

dccafe [1] filed a orphan request for systemc [2]: This package needs a new maintainer. It was flagged out of date for a while now (2017-06-07). There is a new version available and the license needs to be updated. I would gladly become the new maintainer as I use this library in my daily work. As a consequence, I am constantly checking for newer versions. I also maintain the package systemc-ams, which depends on this one.
