[PRQ#42848] Orphan Request for hey-mail-bin

Amolith [1] filed an orphan request for hey-mail-bin [2]: The package was flagged out-of-date over a year ago, March of 2022, and the maintainer hasn't updated any of their other packages since 2021. I haven't contacted them because they don't list an email address or IRC nick in their profile and their website is inaccessible.
