[PRQ#42053] Deletion Request for qwad

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for qwad [2]: Orphaned Py2 / Qt4 application, last updated in 2015. Cannot be built due to missing Py2 cryptographic dependency. I recommend to delete it.
