[PRQ#64371] Merge Request for sonarr-develop

txtsd [1] filed a request to merge sonarr-develop [2] into sonarr- develop-bin [3]: I'll be correctly turning all the *arr packages into their -bin variants, and making the regular packages build from src instead.
