[PRQ#49707] Orphan Request for nestopia

xiota [1] filed an orphan request for nestopia [2]: Package does not build in clean chroot because of missing makedepend. Maintainer was notified over four months ago (Jun 2023) and did not respond. Package was also flagged, but maintainer unflagged without fixing the package. Since maintainer appears to be unwilling to update, this pacakge should be orphaned so someone else can do so.
