[PRQ#42821] Deletion Request for netctl-eduroam-kth

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for netctl-eduroam-kth [2]: Very outdated example configuration from 2015 for Sweden's EDUROAM used by academia and universities. Installs the old example file to: /etc/netctl/examples/ The state organization that manages Sweden's EDUROAM, KTH, has a proper, up-to-date access setup guide for "Other Linuxes like Arch", and provides a current example netctl file as well.
