[PRQ#58779] Orphan Request for vesc_tool-git

bionade24 [1] filed an orphan request for vesc_tool-git [2]: I, the co-maintainer did all the changes in the last 4 years. The maintainer didn't even respond to comments and my reaction weren't always the quickest, either. The maintainer account hasn't updated other broken PKGBUILDs in years, so I guess the account is stale.
