[PRQ#58079] Deletion Request for sparkleshare

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for sparkleshare [2]: Code is insecure. Upstream hasn't created stable tags for 4 years. [a] Dependency webkit2-sharp fails to build on current Arch Linux. Better to delete this. If someone really wants this, it seems only a rolling '-git' package would be viable.
