[PRQ#37641] Orphan Request for irssi-git

AtticFinder65536 [1] filed an orphan request for irssi-git [2]: Package has been flagged for a few months (upstream build system changes broke package). I contacted the maintainer via email on their account page two weeks ago but there was no response. I can maintain the package if they are unavailable.
