[PRQ#43248] Deletion Request for mhwd-manjaro-bin

yochananmarqos [1] filed a deletion request for mhwd-manjaro-bin [2]: Packages should not download prebuilt packages from a Manjaro mirror nor import Manjaro GPG keys. There is no upstream binary release, so a binary AUR package should not even exist.
