[aur-requests] [PRQ#9770] Deletion Request for unbound-dnstap

nesv [1] filed a deletion request for unbound-dnstap [2]: It has been brought to my attention that the official unbound package is being built with the --enable-dnstap flag now. Since that was the only difference between this package, and the official one, this one is prime for deletion.
