[PRQ#48843] Deletion Request for nausoftphone

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for nausoftphone [2]: Defunct, abandoned, unused Qt4 based binary app from 2017. Upstream seems to no longer provide this VOIP telephony app separately.
