[aur-requests] [PRQ#19190] Deletion Request for matcha-icon-theme

tonyfettes [1] filed a deletion request for matcha-icon-theme [2]: Upstream author choose to use Qogir icon theme as the default icon theme for matcha GTK theme and KDE theme so this package is no longer supported by upstream.
