[PRQ#48067] Orphan Request for python-rauth

MarsSeed [1] filed an orphan request for python-rauth [2]: The package is broken due to its Python2 subpackage's broken dependencies. Asked maintainer to remove the python2 package on 2023-08-30 and flagged it for same on 2023-09-11, but nothing happened. Please kindly disown this package so someone else could take over.
