[PRQ#37489] Orphan Request for sbcl-git

bms_n [1] filed an orphan request for sbcl-git [2]: Attempted to contact maintainer about a week ago, no response yet. Package is wildly out of line with standards and hasn't been updated since creation. I have a much better local copy ready for merge.
