[PRQ#52308] Deletion Request for lat Rejected

Request #52308 has been Rejected by MarsSeed [1]: Revoking request, please kindly disregard it. Package is still maintained and works. Its rarian make dependency sometimes fails a test, but that can be skipped, and it has a new package owner who will likely implement a permanent solution for this issue soon.
