[aur-requests] [PRQ#26304] Orphan Request for qemu-pinning

nihilisticpandem [1] filed an orphan request for qemu-pinning [2]: I flagged this as out of date in December, and there has been no movement on it, meanwhile I have been locally maintaining the PKGBUILD and have it current with qemu 6.0.0.
