[PRQ#61128] Deletion Request for creality-print

chadsr [1] filed a deletion request for creality-print [2]: According to AUR naming conventions, this should build from a source archive, but none are available. I now realise that Creality don't release source code for this package. I have adopted and updated the creality-print-appimage package, making this one obsolete.
