[PRQ#41529] Merge Request for waifu2x-converter-cpp-git

eclairevoyant [1] filed a request to merge waifu2x-converter-cpp-git [2] into waifu2x-converter-cpp [3]: Upstream repo is archived, and the only 2 commits after the most recent stable release (5.3.4) were updates to the readme, not to the code itself. Therefore I would call this a duplicate of the non-git package.
