[PRQ#79937] Orphan Request for radicle-cli

intelfx [1] filed an orphan request for radicle-cli [2]: Package is out of date and has packaging issues; maintainer unresponsive (and inactive on AUR in last 3 months). I have a replacement package uploaded already (different pkgbase, for split, with the intent to merge). This request is either to orphan or to merge into radicle[1] directly.
