[PRQ#48191] Deletion Request for ekgping

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ekgping [2]: Abandoned, unused Perl package from 2015. I recommend deletion, since this was more a curiosity than an actually useful utility, and because there is zero visible interest in this on AUR.
