[PRQ#63016] Deletion Request for fakeaur

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for fakeaur [2]: Non-useful personal spoof script of submitter. VCS package in disguise. Has hardcoded pkgver=V3, which is a higher value than what is generated by the pkgver() function. So AUR helpers/notifiers will always show the local installed package as outdated.
