[PRQ#67867] Deletion Request for python-objection

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-objection [2]: Abandoned and broken since 3 years ago, see AUR comments. It is not compatible with current version of its python-semver dependency, and there are other undeclared, unsatisfied dependencies that are needed during runtime.
