[aur-requests] [PRQ#19847] Orphan Request for ltl2ba

Scipio [1] filed an orphan request for ltl2ba [2]: The package is still in version 1 while the version 3 of ltl2ba is available. I contacted the maintainer and he doesn't want to maintain this package anymore. I updated the PKGBUILD and it works so I would like to take the ownership on this package.
