[PRQ#51808] Orphan Request for blue-recorder-git

yochananmarqos [1] filed an orphan request for blue-recorder-git [2]: The Maintainer ignored my advice and has not touched it since last March. The Gtk4 port is merged into master so this is now broken. This package needs an active maintainer.
