[PRQ#42085] Deletion Request for python2-kolabformat

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-kolabformat [2]: Abandoned package, last updated in 2017. Python 2 bindings for libkolabxml v1.1.6, but only libkolabxml v1.2.1 is available in repo. So it mismatches with libkolabxml, and also it tries to use boost libs for Python 2 but current boost in repo only supports Python3. I recommend deletion of this package, as nothing depends on it, and the last comment is from 2018.
