[PRQ#59076] Deletion Request for pkgbase

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for pkgbase [2]: The AUR pkgbase with the name 'pkgbase' should be blacklisted. See AURweb issue #498. [a] Please delete this wrongly uploaded package. The pkgbase value should be the same as the pkgname in case of non-split PKGBUILD packages.
