[PRQ#50360] Deletion Request for python-hypyutils

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-hypyutils [2]: Abandoned, outdated Python package. No votes, and only I commented. Better to delete from AUR and let users install it from other sources like PyPI. Upstream pushes at least 4 updates a year, but sometimes 15+.
